Radio Questionnaire for people within the Jewish Community

Here is the questionnaire I created about listening habits and expectations, which I have distributed to people who meet the criteria of my target audience. From the feedback I have received I am going to adapt my programme to make every aspect appeal to the audience, therefore making it appear more authentic and truly servicing the community.
